After soaking in the spa for one hour, each girl receives an all-over body scrub from our Himalayan Salt or the Balinese Coconut options.

After exfoliating the dead skin and they shower, the girls are each given a bowl of rich moisturising cream for their body and a hair conditioner, which they apply in our Infra-red Sauna. These creams are left for a while and then washed off, and the girls leave the Spa with super soft skin. We also take time to talk about the benefits of exfoliation and the importance of looking after their skin.

This is great for the 11 years plus and a very social party as they all sit in the sauna together with thick cream from top to toe all over them. A good giggle!!!!
