A fabulous way to introduce girls to the beauty benefits of ingredients from your kitchen cupboard! After using the hot tub, the girls are given a cookery lesson with a difference. We explain the structure of the skin and analyze each girls skin type and give ideas on how to take care of it. We recommend a concoction of ingredients which the girls then make and apply to their faces or hair. After showering we end the treatment with appropriate creams.

At the end the girls are given a recipe menu to take home so they can try it on you Mums and Dads at home.
