The day starts using the spa facilities and relaxation area. After relaxing we offer the bride and her guests a "Lulua" body treatment.

This is an ancient traditional ritual for the bride originating from the Royal Palaces of Central Java. Prior to the marriage Lulua would be used to soften and sweeten the skin. The women in the family honour this time to nurture and prepare the bride for her new husband.

We begin the ritual with the bride, covering her with a sweet smelling clay and wrapping her in a warm blanket. After 20 minutes the mask is bathed off with yoghurt. Your skin is left feeling and looking beautiful. With an opportunity to work on one another, this is a great way for the hens to get to know each other and have a good giggle!
