Health

If you are pregnant, have unmedicated high blood pressure, heart condition, have had cancer, or have any other medical condition, we advise you to consult your doctor before using hydrotherapy or undertaking any spa treatments.

Payment

Cash, cheque and all major credit cards are accepted. All prices are quoted in British Pounds. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. Should you wish to cancel we kindly request 48 hours notice. Spa Days cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and treatments with less than 10 hours notice will incur a cancellation charge of 50%. Full charges will be imposed for a ‘no-show’.
Spa Day bookings of 4 persons or more cancelled with less than 4 days notice will incur a cancellation charge of 50%. Full charges will be imposed for a ‘no-show’.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for Spa Days, treatments and retail products are available for purchase over the phone and are valid for one year. Gift vouchers can be tailored to suit your needs.

Etiquette

For the peace and serenity of all spa guests, we kindly request that mobile phones are not used in the spa and that noise be kept to a minmum.

Situated on the A339 between Newbury and Basingstoke, on the outskirts of Headley near Kingsclere. Turn down the
lane at Strattons Farm and follow the signs to Laurabella.
