Each session begins with a hands-on diagnosis, followed by a custom treatment plan designed for your unique concerns. Our experienced therapists expertly blend various techniques, drawing from years of expertise, to address problem areas and deliver a deeply relaxing yet effective massage experience. Your session may incorporate any combination of the following options to address your specific needs: Hot Stone Massage, Warm Bamboo Massage, Infra-Red Lamp, ECM Rollers, and Deep Tissue Massage Gun.

    All Laurabella treatments are completely customisable to your needs and areas of concern. Our 40 minute massage allows the perfect amount of time to aid sore and tired muscles and reduce stress. We recommend booking 40 minute massages as part of a course to see the full benefit.

Maternity Massage

  • Laurabella maternity massages are completely personalised. At different times of your pregnancy you will experience aches and pains in different areas. Your therapist will work with you getting the most out of your massage, whatever the most comfortable position is.

    This treatment is only suitable for pregnancy after the first trimester. Before this point we unfortunately do not recommend massage treatments due to the fragility of hormones and pressure points at this time.
