This massage is to give that extra attention to the areas that really need the work still giving time for the rest of the body to be massaged. This can either be a deep tissue or a relaxing therapeutic treatment.

 

Hot Stone Massage

Warm Baltic stones are placed gently over the body’s chakra energy points and using smaller warm stones, the massage begins. The heat from the stone preheats the muscle, increases circulation, enriching the blood with oxygen whilst gently stimulating the lymphatic system.

The warm stones work at the deepest level, healing and releasing tense, tired and aching muscles.

This massage is fast becoming the treatment we are known for. Very few spas offer a two hour massage and with our late opening hours it is ideal for that evening to totally relax. This massage helps with extreme stress, insomnia and headaches. A truly heavenly experience.

 

Balinese Massage                           90 minutes £80

This unique massage has been handed down through generations. Working on clearing the energy lines with deep palm compression are fundamental techniques. The massage starts dry and then a warming oil is applied. This powerful massage will leave you uplifted and recharged and is an effective way to release stress.

 

Rituals

A set routine that works along meridian lines helping to release stress and tension. It works over the whole body and incorporates a facial routine with deep pressure points and scalp massage.

Maternity Massage

We now have our mum to be range of body oils and butters to help combat stretch marks and aid relaxation. All the prices are the same as normal massage. The hot stone massage, Balinese massage and the Rituals are not suitable during pregnancy. We don’t offer massage for anyone under 3 months pregnant.

We also offer reflexology for the mums who are trying to conceive or for mums for overdue.
