Arkana products are the perfect composition of innovative and active substances, making them suitable for even the most demanding skin.

What are the different peels available?

Mandelic Peel – This treatment is suitable for all skin types (dry, mature and acne prone) and encourages cell renewal for a healthy glow. Mandelic acid peels are a great choice for a first-time treatment. The antibacterial qualities also make them ideal for people with acne-prone skin and because it is one of the gentler chemical peels available, it is safe to use for people with Rosacea or darker skin tones.

Pyruvic Peel – This treatment is suitable for combination and oily skin, including blackheads and impurities, as well as mature skin. The Pyruvic peel works on the inconsistencies of the epidermal corneocytes (cells of the top layer of the skin) and penetrates deep into the skin pores helping to remove blackheads and clean the skin pores.

Reti-Fusion Peel – This treatment is suitable for anti-aging, fine lines, wrinkles and pigmentations. Reti-Fusion Peel is based on the comprehensive action of 5% retinal combined with 10% vitamin C and 30% antioxidant complex. The fusion of active ingredients in high concentration ensures comprehensive rejuvenating and corrective effect.

Phyto Fenol Peel – This treatment is suitable for discolouration, pigmentations and melasma. This is especially useful for brightening and reducing aging symptoms.

AzAc Peel – This treatment is for ace-prone, oily skin, Rosacea and Seborrhoea. Based on the synergistic action of carefully selected acids with combined sebum-regulating, bacteriostatic, anti-inflammatory, keratoplastic and keratolytic profile. Formulated for skin prone to acne vulgaris and rosacea.

What do I feel? Does it hurt?

It shouldn't hurt, but redness, tingling feelings and itching are normal responses.

How my face will look after the treatment?

A few days after the treatment, skin exfoliation appears, lasting for few days, depending on the personal response to the peeling. Skin can be red and more sensitive, so it’s really important to follow a good and recommended skin care routine. After the peeling, exposure to UV SHOULD BE AVOIDED, WITH SUN PROTECTOR SPF  50+ TO BE USED.

Before the treatment

No hair removal, electrolysis, dermabrasion, IPL, laser therapy or chemical peel procedure may be performed seven days prior to the treatment. No shaving on the day of the treatment
