Sarah Wytrykowski is a qualified, registered general nurse (1999) an Independent Prescriber (2007) Advanced Nurse Practitioner (2011) and qualified in medical aesthetics.

She can administer relaxing wrinkle injections and dermal fillers. She is passionate about delivering this safely and effectively to achieve a natural, fresh, beautiful look and offers a bespoke service as everyone is unique. At the first consultation a detailed history will be completed. We will discuss your expectations and arrive at a shared decision in order to achieve optimum natural results.

Currently working as a manager for the National Institute of Research, which is the NHS arm of research, as well as running my aesthetics business, she has worked as a Nurse for nearly 20 years. The majority of her working career has been in primary care as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber.  She is always study/updating and recently completed a masters level modules in ‘safety and Quality in healthcare’ gaining a superior distinction. Sarah undertook her aesthetic training with a leading plastic surgeon to ensure a high standard of training and plans to start a level 7 qualification in injectables for aesthetic medicine which is currently the highest level to obtain. This has been recommended by Health Education England and discussions are being held to make the industry regulated with this as the mandatory course. 

Confidentiality and discretion as well as making you feel relaxed are paramount to her.

She is fully insured and accredited, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and a member of the Royal College of Nursing.

Fillers: Juvéderm® range for filler treatments. This product is an injectable gel made form hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance in the skin that assists with hydration and volume. This product also contains pain reducing lidocaine to reduce any discomfort during the treatment. By using these fillers we can add volume, definition and restore a natural look for you.

Anti-wrinkle - Sarah uses a well- known brand of anti-wrinkle treatment that is a FDA approved product called botulinum toxin type A. This is a prescription only medicine and is not allowed to be advertised. It has been shown to work effectively at temporarily smoothing away wrinkles. As well as this it has been shown to be effective for Hyperhidrosis (Excessive sweating). This product can also be used to treat Axilla Hyperhidrosis (Armpit excessive sweating).


What is relaxing wrinkle treatment: These are injections into areas of concern and we use Botulinum toxin. This is a chemical produced by bacterium clostridium botulinum. It is injected into the muscle, causes it to become weakened or inactivate.

How safe is it?:  It has a very good safety profile and has been used since 1980s. Used in minute doses as a cosmetic therapy it has a high margin of safety.

What are fillers: Dermal fillers are an injectable synthetic or natural product. They are used to restore volume or fill in varies lines. They are injected under the skin to give a more youthful or enhanced look. The product is called Hyaluronic acid, which is found in some fluids and tissues in the body that adds plumpness to the skin.

Risks and complications: We will discuss the risks and any possible complications at your consultation. Some common ones are bruising, swelling and tenderness. Other more serious ones can include, infection, asymmetry, blindness and necrosis however these are extremely rare.

How long will it take: Your first appointment will take 1hour- 1hour 30mins

What will happen at the first appointment: You will arrive and have a form to complete. Then we will take a comprehensive past medical history. We will discuss in detail the procedure and your expectations. You will have a consent form to sign and then we will use a skin pen to mark the areas of concern. When you are ready we will proceed with the treatment starting with cleaning the skin in preparation. After the procedure you will be given some after care information book your follow up and appointment and relax for 10 minutes before leaving us.

 How long will the follow up appointment take: This usually takes approximately 30 minutes.

What will happen at the follow up appointment: We will look at your results before and after provided you have consented to photos being taken. Occasionally it may be required to complete some additional treatment. You will then be advised on your next steps regarding maintenance and the next treatment.

Back to work: With relaxing wrinkle treatment you may return to work that day. You will be provided with some aftercare instructions. With Fillers they will be tender and swollen so that will depend on the individual again after care will be discussed. You will need to think in advance of any special occasions as bruising and swelling can last for a few days but up to 2- 4 weeks.

Full recovery: We review you at 2 weeks and would be expecting you to be recovered and fresh looking.

Do I need to bring anything: Please bring a list of any medication with you that you are taking. It is best not to wear makeup to the appointment however this can be removed during the consultation. Please remember that you may have some bruising and swelling think about when this best fits in with your social plans.

Will it hurt: Sarah uses the kindest and best quality products. Most people experience a small amount of discomfort whilst others feel noting during relaxing wrinkle treatment. Fillers are generally uncomfortable and she would suggest that you have some numbing cream applied to the areas before the treatment. Numbing cream takes approximately 30 minutes to start to work.


Relaxing wrinkle treatment-  Botulinum toxin

Botulinum toxin type A for relaxing wrinkles in the face. The treatment lasts from 3-5 months. Getting regular treatment means that overtime you will not need to treat as often as it has a cumulative effect.

Forehead and crows feet

One area- £195

Three areas - £320

Axilla Hyperhidrosis (Excessive sweating from the armpits) This usually lasts for 9 months but up to a year from some.

Complete treatment- £375

Which area needs treating:   Men generally require about 30% more units than women. This will be discussed during your initial consultation.

The dose required: This will be discussed at your consultation.

Dermal Fillers- Juvéderm®

Dermal fillers are a natural product that can last from 6 months to 1 year. Every area will require a different amount so prices start from £195.

Lips – Juvéderm® ultra smile  0.55mls - Vermillion border and body of lips - £195

Additional syringes- £195
