We work in a safe and confidential environment.
Sessions consist usually of a 20-30 minute goal setting session and between 1 an 3 one hour treatment/s.
Many people will require only a single session, some will work best as part of a course of 2 or three sessions.
A 2 hour session is recommended for stop smoking interventions.
An individually recorded personalised hypnosis session is available, on request in MP3 or CD format, to use after treatments in your own home. Shorter top up and check in sessions are available for existing clients if required.
