My Cancer My Choices is a Berkshire-based registered charity dedicated to supporting people living with cancer through access to free complementary therapies. They understand that cancer impacts every part of life — physically, emotionally and mentally — and that alongside conventional medical care, many people benefit from support that helps ease symptoms, reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing. From specialist treatments such as acupuncture, massage, reflexology and mindfulness to group-based courses in relaxation techniques and coping strategies, the charity offers tailored holistic care that empowers individuals to feel more in control of their journey. All of these services are delivered by highly trained volunteer therapists and made possible through donations and community support.
