Laurabella is set within the rolling Hampshire–Berkshire countryside, uniquely located on a working farm and housed in a beautifully restored early 19th-century coach house. With far-reaching views across Watership Down, the setting offers a sense of space, stillness and connection to the landscape that surrounds us.

While our spa is thoughtfully separated from day-to-day farm life, the rhythm of the countryside remains part of the experience. From time to time, you may spot our woolly neighbours in the fields beyond—something we often share across our social channels. Getting to us….

  • Laurabella is conveniently located half way between Newbury and Basingstoke approximately 5 minutes from the village of Kingsclere. We are directly off the A339 between the Business Park and Cheam School. If you're coming from the Newbury direction, we recommend putting your indicators on and slowing down when you see the Farm Traffic sign, we're the next right!

  • The Newbury to Basingstoke Link has a bus stop directly next to and apposite the entrance to the Farm.

    All train links have easy access to Reading and beyond.

    Newbury Train Station: 15 minutes by car

    Basingstoke Train Station: 19 minutes by car

    Thatcham Train Station: 12 minutes by car.
